VA & UT/UT CHP Permit Class @ The Nations Gun Show

This class is held in conjunction with the Nations Guns Show.

The Gun Show will be at the new perminate location according the the Gun Show Promoter. They have not given us the address yet, they are expecting to have contracts in place shortly. Once they tell us where the location is I will update the address and put it up here as well.

In the event the gun show is “rescheduled” again I will get a meeting space at the Hampton Inn Washington-Dulles Int’l Airport South 4050 Westfax Dr Chantilly VA 20151. The Class will happen even if the gun show is “rescheduled” by the promoter.

Virginia CHP & Utah CFP class or Utah CFP Class 

This class is a combination of our Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit class along with our Utah Concealed Firearm class. This class qualifies you to get both a Virginia CHP permit and a Utah CFP permit.

We can also provide the needed Pictures and Fingerprints for the Utah Permit: – $40.00 (we do this after the class, plan on 30-45 mins for this depending on the size of the class).

After the class you will be certified to apply for both a Virginia Resident Permit and a Utah Non-Resident Permit. It will cover the Virginia requirements as well as Utah requirements for a Concealed Handgun Permit. Once you have received both permits you will be able to legally carry in 39 States! (as of 4/1/2026). Carry In more States!

If you are a Non-Resident of Virginia (ie MD resident) our Utah class is for you. A Utah Concealed Firearm Permit will have a couple more States that will recognize the Utah permit as a Non-Resident than the Virginia permit as a Non-Resident.

Our Combined Virginia & Utah Concealed Carry Permit training class takes 3 – 4 hours, depending on questions etc. and covers all the requirements to obtain the Virginia Resident Concealed Handgun Permit & Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearm Permit. The course is a classroom-based course taught by NRA certified & Utah BCI certified instructors.  Course instruction includes:  handgun safety rules, handgun parts and operation, ammunition, fundamentals of shooting, safe firearms handling, Virginia & Utah firearm laws, practical and legal considerations, and is a mix of lecture, visual presentations, group discussion, video presentations, and question/answer.

As always in our classes we will provide the applications, as well as any materials, & pens, etc.. there is nothing you need to bring!
